"No lever" Montiermaschine G1200.34
G1200.34 is the evolution of the 1st generation G1200, which was successfully launched in May 2007.
We managed to further improve both functionality and ergonomics of the most modern and efficient tyre changer available on the world market today.
Here are the new features of G1200.34:
- better handling of reversed rims up to 15" width without need of adapters thanks to the 3 adjustable heights of the central locking plate
- clamping capacity from 10" to 34" with 3 possible settings
- automatic movement of the bottom roller for easier dismounting of the second bead without switching to manual operation
- automatic return of rollers and tools to rest position
- easier and more precise positioning of the bead breaker rollers, thanks to the servoassisted handle
- new and easy-to-use controls with intuitive functional keys
- new compact design and easier accessibility for the operator
- pedals on the right side for a more comfortable use
- possibility to fit a wheel lift on the front of the machine for a better integration into a tyre fitting lane.
The other key features of former G1200 such as the central locking system (patented), the autotouch function of the two plastic mounting tools, the laser pointer for the bead breaker rollers, the total working safety for tyre and rim are of course still present in the new G1200.34.
