ROBOTOOL

AUTO-TOUCH Function

The ROBOTOOL  is a unique and patented tool: it operates between rim and tyre and then, levering on the rim, progressively pulls up the bead, minimizing the stress on the tyre.

The tool is made of plastic material to avoid any damage to the rim.

ADJUSTABLE LOCKING
3-position extendable base with standard configuration 10”-26”. The operator can extend the working range of the locking table up to 30”.

EASY ROLLER

The bead-breaking is performed by means of an EASY ROLLER:
- bead-breaking in correct position
- easy rotation of the roller
- automatic side-movement of the roller
- memorized position for bead breaking of wheel lower side

EASY CONTROLS

• Wheel diameter up to 45”
• Rim diameter from 10” to 30”
• Rim width up to 15”

The electrical motor is equipped with an exclusive and innovative inverter, which:
- allows to regulate the chucking table rotation speed by pressing the pedal
- slows down the rotation speed as the stress on the bead increases (to avoid any damage to the tyre)
