Electrohydraulic tyre changer for trucks, agricultural and earthmoving vehicles.

The dimensions and work strokes are such as to ensure maximum efficiency for the entire range of tyres.

The two-speed rotation chucking table can accommodate rims up to 42" without extensions (and 60" with extensions).

ELECTRO-BRAKE

The electro-brake allows immediate stopping of the rotation to avoid any damage to the tyre.

TELEHOOK Thanks to the exclusive telescopic hook (patent pending) the tool no longer needs to be rotated. The constant control of the hook enables the operator to carry out the most demanding procedures with precision and safety

FIVE STEPS The stepped claws allow 80 mm internal diameter clamping with no need of accessories

ORBITAL TOOL The exclusive orbital movement (patent pending) of the bead breaking arm saves both time and space: the tool moves around the wheel, with no need to move the carriage

The considerable bead breaking force, rated at over 3600 kg, enables easy mounting and demounting even with tyres left on the rim for a long time or used in especially demanding conditions such as construction sites, harbours or mines.

All turntable movements run on bronze bushings. The machine housings have been designed to handle extreme working loads.
