A new concept in the truck tyre changing field: compact, versatile, specially designed to best operate on tubeless wheels.

Extremely fast: simultaneous bead loosening operation.

The S916 is a one-of-a-kind: its uniqueness is in its patented operative system.

It is equipped with four bead breakers with a unique form, positioned on the two sides of the wheel in diametrically opposite positions.

With these bead breakers, the demounting of the tyre is very simple and natural: while the front bead breakers keep the bead in the drop centre, the rear ones continue their movement until the tyre is demounted.

Each arm has two bead breakers:

• one conical which pushes on the bead
• one cylindrical which pushes the shoulder of the tyre.

The chucking unit is able not only to turn clockwise and anticlockwise, but also to move up and down and in and out.

The front arm, with its two bead breakers, is also used to mount the tyre. During mounting, the tyre is guided by a patented tool located at an angle of 90° compared to the bead breaker. With this system the bead can’t be cut by the rim and is guided in a correct way, without excessive stress.
