The plastic rollers work on the tyre front bead in a precise and powerful way.
The action is carried out symmetrically and simultaneously on the rear bead to reduce stress on the tyre.
All operations are governed by a compact control unit, which being pneumatically operated assures the utmost reliability without problems caused by magnetic or electrical fields.
The inclination of the entire mounting and demounting unit can be adjusted by the operator to create ideal ergonomic conditions.
