Professional tyre changer for intensive use, it offers all the features requested by the most demanding operators and tyre specialists. Its mechanical and electronic innovations make it extremely fast, accurate, strong and easy to use.

By pointing the laser at the tyre edge the operator can easily position the roller for bead loosening. A computer optimizes all movements. Approaching speed of arms and rollers is high and when the sensor recognizes the proximity of the rim/tyre, the machine will automatically reduce speed and activate the bead loosening procedure. This is the reason why G1100 is the fastest tyre changer. At the same time, electronic controls ensure extreme accuracy and avoid any damage to the rim and the tyre.

TULIP CLAMPS

Many are the advantages provided by G1100 centering device:

it is very fast when opening and closing the arms.
it is possible to choose between two different rotation speeds.
a special (patent pending) system allows the rubber pads to automatically adapt to any rim inner surface. The perfect grip is therefore always granted.

LASER POINTER

By pointing the laser at the tyre edge the operator can easily position the roller for bead loosening. The laser also allows to check the centering of the actual clamping simply by rotating the wheel.

ELECTRONIC DRIVE

A computer optimizes all movements. Approaching speed of arms and rollers is high and when the sensor recognizes the proximity of the rim/tyre, the machine will automatically reduce speed and activate the bead loosening procedure.

DOUBLE ROLLER

The lower arm with mirror can effectively help with the dismounting of the lower bead.
